After Your Wedding:

• 2 weeks: Receive your same-day teaser (if included in package)
• 6-8 weeks: Receive your complete wedding films
• 1-2 weeks: Make any revision requests (up to 2 included)
• Final delivery with USB/Blu-ray shipped to you

Why does it take 6-8 weeks? Creating a cinematic wedding film is a meticulous process:

1. Footage review – We review every minute of footage (often 6-10 hours worth)
2. Selection – Choose the best moments, angles, and shots
3. Editing – Craft your story with smooth transitions and pacing
4. Color grading – Ensure every frame looks cinematic
5. Audio mixing – Balance music, vows, speeches, and ambient sound
6. Revisions – Perfect every detail based on your feedback

During peak wedding season (October-April), we film multiple weddings each weekend, so we work through films in the order they’re received.

Need it sooner? We offer rush delivery (2-4 weeks) for an additional fee of $500-800 depending on package size.

Absolutely! We love when couples have input on their film’s soundtrack. Here’s how music selection works:

Option 1: We Choose (Recommended) We have a library of licensed, cinematic music that we carefully match to your wedding’s mood, style, and pacing. Most couples trust our expertise and love the final result.

Option 2: You Provide Suggestions Send us 3-5 songs that represent your style (romantic, upbeat, emotional, etc.), and we’ll either use them or find similar licensed tracks.

Option 3: You Choose Specific Songs If you have must-have songs, we can use them IF:

• You provide written permission from the copyright holder, OR
• The songs are licensed for commercial use, OR
• You understand the video can only be for personal use (not shared on social media/YouTube)

What about our ceremony/first dance music? The actual songs played during your ceremony, vows, and first dance are always captured with the original audio in your full ceremony video. For the highlight film, we may mix them with licensed background music.

Note: Using unlicensed popular music can result in videos being removed from YouTube/Facebook or muted, which is why we recommend licensed cinematic tracks.

Yes! Raw footage is available as an add-on to any package for $500.

Having two videographers is particularly valuable for:

Backup Videographers: We maintain relationships with trusted, professional videographers in Brisbane who match our style and standards. If we’re unable to film due to illness or emergency:

1. We’ll immediately arrange a qualified replacement videographer
2. They’ll follow your timeline and shot list
3. We’ll personally oversee the editing to maintain quality
4. There’s no additional cost to you

Equipment Redundancy:

• We bring backup cameras, lenses, audio recorders, batteries, and memory cards to every wedding
• If primary equipment fails, we switch to backups instantly
• 25+ years combined experience means we’re prepared for anything

Weather Contingencies:

• We always check forecasts and come prepared for rain, heat, or cold
• Weather covers protect equipment in rain
• We work with you and your venue on wet weather plans
